Phase III (from 12 years to 15 years)

As students attend high school, they find themselves in a new academic environment. They are expected to perform at their level best and excel in extracurricular activities as well. This is the time teachers and parents should teach the students to focus on their studies and also take part in sporting events. Teachers must also teach them life skills, critical thinking skills, decision making skills, and leadership skills.

Phase IV (from 16 years to 20 years)

In this age group, students attend higher secondary school and college and are required to take up subjects as per their aptitudes and choices. In this phase, the students must be instructed to understand their subjects thoroughly as they will be working on their specialization subjects for their entire job career unless they choose some other subjects or fields. In this stage, the students must be told to display professional behaviors and learn the nuances of their subjects.
