Salome is a Certified Native German Teacher based in Hongkong. She has a lot of experience teaching German as a foreign language for either school support purposes or exam preparation (I/GCSE, DSE, IB’s).

She is multilingual – German/Cantonese/Mandarin/English, which benefits all her Cantonese/Mandarin speaking students.

In addition, Salome is certified as a German Teacher by the Goethe Institution and she is also a Certified IB Teacher. Her passion for teaching, for studying languages, and for helping others are what propel her forward each day.

Whether for business, for school, or purely for enriching and broadening your language repertoire, she is able to implement her straightforward and effective methods and techniques, tailoring them to your specific learning needs.

With a background in Business Management, Salome is well-versed in the verbiage and vocabulary required for communicating skillfully and efficiently in the business world. Students studying for their German university exams can also count on Salome to instruct and support them as they prepare to succeed. She also finds joy in teaching children and teenagers as they develop and grow in their German language skills.

Because she is based in Hong Kong and can speak Mandarin and Cantonese fluently, she offers the option for her to conduct classes in Mandarin and Cantonese as well.

My experience as a teacher has helped me to gain a knowledge of child psychology and I am capable of understanding student’s needs and take measures accordingly.
