Sa wa dee Khrab! I'm Peter. I have been teaching English as a second language for nearly 10 years now. I have taught in Germany, Japan and Thailand. In the last two years I have also been working online full time. My speciality is conversatonal English. I have a CELTA certificate from the Berlin School of English, and two degrees, BA and MA in Fine ART. I graduated from University College London in 2006. My experience ranges across all levels. Amongst my business English classes I have taught students from prestigious companies such as TDK, Google and Daimler Mercedes. In Japan I helped many young learners to develop their English skills in a more structured setting. Many of my private students have expressed an interest in reading English novels together. Exploring and discussing the language through literature and culture is for more advanced students, and something I enjoy very much. I believe that discovering your personal interests and goals is key to us developing a structured learning program, personalised for you. Whatever you learning goals I would be delighted to hear from you and work towards developing a program that meets your specific requirements. Our first meeting will always be relaxed and not too formal. Students are often nervous in their first lesson so don't worry, we won't be diving into any complicated grammar exercises straight away. The most important person is you and to make sure you're comfortable and at ease. I will ask you some questions to guage your ability. What are you learning goals? Why are you studying English? What motivates you? The more I can understand about your personal language needs the better! Read less
